A VERY LONG HOT SUMMER !!!!

Hey everyone ! I feel like that since we're no longer in the 90's around here that I can say summer is gone :) I can also tell you I've had alot of sweat and tears throughout this summer.I've really struggled emotionally with alot of things.I'm continuing to work out my finances,I've seen my boss be off for 2 months now due to a car wreck,I've had 2 people move in with me and I've celebrated LOTS of birthdays.Oh and all that on top of having an EXTREMELY busy job.It's not quite as tense as usual but it certainly is BUSY !!!! Many prayers in that area would be greatly appreciated.
I'm about to move into a co-workers house and am very excited.It's been a VERY hard decision to make but I think it's best for me financially and emotionally.
One thing I can say is that God is GOOD ALL THE TIME !!!! and I'm a witness to that.
I'm excited about what the next few months hold and i'll keep you posted :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANNA !!!!!

My niece Anna turned 1 years old on 8/15/2008.This year has flown by!! Anna is such a sweet soul :) She's also a comedian.She just busts out laughing for no reason and LOVES making funny faces at you.I'm very anxious to get to know her even better and interact with her more as she begins to walk and talk.Anna also is VERY cuddly and I hope she stays that way. Anna,HAPPY BIRTHDAY,from your Aunt Alicia and I love you very much !!!!!

Kelly is ENGAGED !!!!!!

My dear friend Kelly Carter was engaged Wednesday August 6,2008. You can read her myspace blog to get the details.Let's just say that Nate was very creative and sneaky.I couldn't be happier for Kelly !! She's already got some of the major details worked out (in less than a week from being proposed to).I am praying for Kelly and Nate over the next couple of months as they prepare to marry.I'm also praying for their marriage that it will be God honoring and they will love each other for the rest of their lives.Nate and Kelly,I love you both and am so excited for you !!!!!

Laurel

This is "my girl" Laurel !!! She's going to be a SENIOR this year and I'm SOOOOOO proud of her :) When I first met Laurel she was starting 3rd grade.She captured my heart instantly.I've watched her grow into a beautiful godly lady.She has
had lots of hard times as any teenager does but has always remained true to herself.She is VERY fun loving and can always make you laugh :) She perseveres through basketball and putting up with her family.haha Really,I'm VERY VERY proud of her and honored to call her friend.I'm very excited for her to be starting her senior year and hope it's the BEST.May God continue to bless Laurel !
